What visitors say

★★★★★

“We arrived at 8am on a Sunday morning & the uncle was very friendly & helpful. He guided us on why our bike seats should be higher & made sure we were comfy. He also explained the route map to us & told us good stops to take pictures as it was my friend's first time there. Will definitely rent bikes from here again ☺️”

“We were quite hesitant to visit because of all the scary reviews posted earlier. But glad we did. The shop owner might not have the sweetest smile in Punggol but he recommended bikes appropriately. He also adjusted the seat height for all of us and gave us advice that we won’t be make able to a round trip around Coney Island within an hour. Bikes were not brand new but felt reliable. The smallest bike chain dropped off in Coney Island, lucky for us that it was easy to fix. Would recommend this shop if you want to cycle around here. Of course, have to mention we come at the time when it was very quiet.”

“DON'T GO TO THIS SHOP. OWNER IS RUDE. My friend's bicycle had a flat front tyre and my friend barely finishing the sentence "excuse me, do u have an air pu....." that the owner cut us off by claiming that his pump was spoilt, whilst pretending to sweep the grass and ignoring any eye contact. I joking asked the owner nicely if he really didn't have any air pump at all and how does he manage to operate his bicycle shop with so many rental bikes if he had no air to pump into the bicycles? To which his reply in a rude and confrontational tone was "That's my problem". While he was not wrong - as a bicycle shop owner and perhaps a fellow cyclist, he didn't even offer the use of any air pump to help a fellow cyclist in the name of safety, even if he had chosen to do so for a fee...which we were more than willing to pay if he had not been so rude.”
